Chelsea Morris represented Team Ethos at the 2019 National Trial Lawyers Summit in Miami Beach to talk about our Jury Pool Investigations and jury monitoring services to help lawyers get their clients a fair trial!

The Ethos Team was present at the 70th Annual Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference in Orlando, FL, from August 23rd to the 26th of 2015, for our annual gathering of national workers’ compensation and safety industries.

Ethos Risk Services announces new partnership

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — Ethos Risk Services LLC, a Florida-based risk mitigation company, announced here Thursday a business partnership with Roland Equity Partners designed to benefit the ERS client base and workforce.

Ethos, which celebrated its nine-year anniversary in June, has grown from a regional firm to a worldwide investigative enterprise now conducting business across the nation and in over 50 countries. Initially specializing in surveillance and background files pertaining to workers compensation assignments, Ethos now manages security and brand protection, SIU services, litigation support, data support, and pre-employment screening divisions that serve a diverse range of customers.

Roland has offices in California and Utah. Featuring entrepreneurs and operating executives who focus on middle market companies, Roland provides resources to assist its clients in advancing their ventures to the next level. According to the Ethos president and founder, the decision to partner with Roland was a blending of like minds and ideas.

The founder stressed that Ethos employees and clients will see benefits, not bumps, from this partnership. The Ethos founder will remain as president, continue with his day-to-day involvement, and serve as a board member to ensure Ethos’ guiding principles and standards remain intact. The aforementioned board will be comprised of seasoned industry executives, thought leaders, and experienced operators, according to the founder.

Micah Smith, a managing partner at Roland, has been named CEO. “We’re excited to be a part of the Ethos team and continuing to grow both domestically and internationally.”

Said the Ethos Founder, “Micah’s experience growing companies across borders will provide an additional voice to our executive bench that will help navigate our aggressive international expansion plans.”

For those of you who are unfamiliar with Movember, it is a way to celebrate the month of November which is Men’s Health month. Similar to wearing the color pink in September to show support for breast cancer research and awareness, the growth of facial hair in the month of November is a way to show support for causes such as prostate and testicular cancer, as well as mental health research and awareness.

The Movember Foundation is the largest organization in the world dedicated to raising awareness for men’s health. Last year, the Movember Foundation raised over $10 million in the United States and helped to fund over 800 projects around the world to make additional clinical research related to men’s health problems possible. Ethos is excited to welcome Chris Salgado to our team. Chris will aid us in expanding our presence as Midwest Regional Director. Chris lives in Chicago and will be assisting with business development, recruiting, and training.  Chris brings a diverse investigative background, having over 11 years of experience conducting investigations in both surveillance and SIU. He also has several years of experience in recruiting, training, and managing investigators. Through his years in the industry, Chris’ high level of quality and work ethic escalated him to Field Supervisor, Trainer, Operations Manager, and Director of Training where he implemented a nationwide training program at his prior firm. Chris’ extended background in investigations will add great value to our Midwest operations and we look forward to his achievements at Ethos Risk Services.

Account managers Jeremy Beck and Ashley Rausa attended the Association of American Railroads (AAR) General Claims Conference. The conference was hosted in Santa Fe, New Mexico on Monday, October 13, 2014 until Wednesday, October 14, 2014.

Mike spoke about Ethos’ anti-counterfeiting investigative efforts as they pertain to the sale and distribution of imaging products and accessories internationally, with an emphasis on developments in Latin America. The presentation addressed the ever expanding threat and challenges associated with case development from collection of evidence to the presentation and acceptance of that evidence by Law Enforcement Agencies in that region. A recent case study was discussed highlighting Ethos’ investigative efforts in a highly successful raid and seizure operation in Colombia.

Ethos Risk Services Northeast Account Managers Tim Cotilla (left) and Jeremy Beck (right) attended the 2014 Pennsylvania Insurance Fraud Conference on April 28 and 29, 2014.  The conference was well-attended and very informative.  Tim and Jeremy had a chance to catch up with some current Ethos clients and also met some new friends as well.

Northeast Account Manager Jeremy Beck represented Ethos at the Philadelphia Loss Conference Vendor Fair on April 30th. Jeremy enjoyed speaking with our local Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Delaware clients.
